Verifactu
Verifactu will be mandatory for companies and partnerships as of January 1, 2026, and for self-employed and individuals as of July 1, 2026. This means that all invoices will have to be issued through a software certified by the Tax Agency that complies with the requirements of the Verifactu Regulation, according to the Anti-Fraud Law.
