Verifactu
Verifactu will be mandatory for companies and corporations from January 1, 2027, and for freelancers and individuals from July 1, 2027. This means that all invoices must be issued using software certified by the Tax Agency that complies with the requirements of the Verifactu Regulation, in accordance with the Anti-Fraud Law.
